How long does the admission and visa process take after NEET results are declared?↓

The entire process typically spans 35 to 45 days. This includes obtaining the official university provisional admission letter (4-6 days), state HRD and MEA Apostille attestation (10-14 days), Vietnam Embassy legalisation (5-7 days), and issuance of the official Ministry DH Student Entry Visa (7-10 days).

What is the last date to apply for the 2026 intake?↓

Admissions generally close by August 25 to August 31, depending on seat availability at partner institutions like CTUMP and PCTU. Because foreign student quotas are capped by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), we advise applying within 10 days of your NEET scorecard release.

How long does the Vietnamese DH Student Visa take to process?↓

Once the university submits your verified academic dossier to the Vietnam Immigration Department and MOET in Hanoi, the official entry visa approval code is issued within 7 to 10 business days.

Can I apply before my NEET-UG result is declared?↓
