Admissions Workflow Summary:Admission is merit-based on NEET qualification and 12th PCB marks. The entire process takes 6–8 weeks: (1) Eligibility & College Selection → (2) Provisional Offer Letter → (3) MEA Document Legalisation → (4) Immigration Entry Clearance → (5) DH Student Visa → (6) Group Escorted Departure to Vietnam.

When do MBBS admissions open for the 2026 intake in Vietnam?↓
Admissions open in May following the conclusion of the NEET-UG examination. Applications are accepted through July, with visa processing during July and August, leading to university registration and class commencement in September/October.
How long does it take to process the Vietnamese DH student visa?↓
Once the university issues the admission acceptance, the university files for an immigration entry approval with the Vietnam Immigration Department (Ministry of Public Security). This takes approximately 10 to 15 working days. The student then receives their DH visa stamping on arrival or via the Vietnamese Embassy in New Delhi.
What documents must be apostilled or legalised?↓
The 10th and 12th standard marksheets, birth certificate, and medical fitness certificates must undergo apostille and attestation from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, followed by consular legalisation from the Embassy of Vietnam.
